SPY SHOTS have surfaced of the 2015 Ducati Scrambler undergoing noise testing outside the factory in Bologna.

As predicted by Visordown back in October, the Scrambler uses the 803cc air-cooled V-twin from the Monster 796, which produces 84hp and 58lb-ft of torque.

The snaps come soon after Ducati decided to surprise its employees by showing them the bike in a yellow container outside the factory.

A statement from Ducati said: ‘Following many years of rumour and speculation, Ducati’s creative internal stunt at the Italian manufacturer’s headquarters confirms the existence of the Scrambler.

‘As yet no official images have been released, but Ducati confirms the new Scrambler will finally break cover this autumn, and become available from early 2015.’
