Motorcyclist gets distracted by fogged visor and ends up in ditch

Becky said: 'Visor fogged up and I got distracted. I flew 15ft and landed in a 4ft-deep trench.
'I was bruised all over, especially shoulders as I landed on my face with my arms upwards. But by some kind of miracle, no broken bones, they said probably due to fact I was wearing bike textiles.'
