Video: Hutchinson's horror crash
Onboard with Hutchy's during his at the 27th Milestone

THIS IS THE moment Ian Hutchinson crashed out of the 2017 Senior TT at the 27th Milestone.
It's a fast, hard crash and has left Hutchinson with a broken left femur - the same bone he broke in British Supersport and had to fight to come back from.
The cause of the crash isn't obvious in the video, but a still from a piece of track-side video shows that Hutchinson had a puncutred front tyre which deformed and lost grip through a fast right hand bend.
Thanks to @manxathlete for the footage showing punctured deformed front tyre I didn't stand a chance same leg in a bad way I'm guttedpic.twitter.com/uH1smFwOfL

Hutchy, who won this year's Superbike race, is expected to make a complete recovery but it remains to be seen what effect this injury will have on his racing in the future - if not physically, then mentally.
We wish him a speedy recovery.
