Cast your vote for the best custom bike in Harley’s Battle of the Kings
Not this one though, eh.
ARGH! Ahh! Our eyes! Stop it. It hurts.
We’re exaggerating. It’s not that bad. It’s just, how shall we say? Challenging.
This adventure-cruiser (we’re guessing) is one of hundreds of entries in Harley-Davidson’s Battle of the Kings, a competition whereby dealers in 21 countries compete to build the best custom bike and the public gets to vote.
The starting point has to be a machine from Harley’s Dark Custom Sportster range, specifically an Iron 883, Forty-Eight or Roadster.
The aim is to showcase Harley's parts and accessories and the end product must be road legal, if not within the parameters of common sense.
The public votes for machines to be included in regional shortlists. A UK winner will be chosen at the London Motorcycle Show in February and entered into a grand final, with a panel of judges, at Milan’s Eicma motorcycle show in November.
Our favourites include the curiousity below, called Velvet, by H-D Ravenna in Italy.
We like the one above, too, by Dublin Harley-Davidson. We’re just having fun.
In fact loads of them are amazing, as you'd expect, so we’ve brought you a whole gallery, below.
See the rest and cast your vote. You have until February 14.
