James Hillier visits local air ambulance crew
The Bournemouth racer took a trip to see the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance
AS a professional road racer James Hillier is no doubt accustomed to air ambulance crews.
But this latest meeting was more on his own terms. The Bournemouth-based Kawasaki man visited the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance yesterday in an effort to raising awareness of the Critical Care Team and the work it does for victims of road crashes.
After posing for photographs with his Kawasaki KX250f, Hillier said: ‘As a biker, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is a charity close to my heart.
‘I am proud to be supporting such a worthwhile cause and to be able to help shine a light on the amazing work that the Charity’s Critical Care Teams carry out every day of the year.’
