Langen is set to reveal its first two production editions of its V-twin two-stroke motorcycle at Motorcycle Live 2022.

The Langen two-strokes on show at Motorcycle Live 2022 from Saturday 19 November will also be the first to be delivered to customers.

Both bikes feature the same 250cc V-twin two-stroke engine with origins with Ferrari at Maranello, although the two are built to the specifications of their respective owners-to-be.

The engine is a special piece in itself, of course, as one of very few two-stroke motors to be featured in a modern motorcycle. Not only that, but just like a 2023 KTM two-stroke motocross bike, the engine features electronic fuel injection, as well as a lubrication system which is controlled by the bike’s ECU.

You can see this bike in more detail at Motorcycle Live when it opens on Saturday 19th November, and throughout the duration of the event. Danny Webb, the former Grand Prix racer and final ever pole sitter in the 125cc World Championship, will also be at the show “to give his account of how the Langen Two Stroke performs on track.”

Christofer Ratcliffe Founder and CEO of Langen said: “At Langen we believe that ‘cars move the body yet motorcycles move the soul’ - it demonstrates the intangible and unmatched human experience of riding and owning a Langen.

“The whole team at Langen are excited to hand over the first two bikes, like all automotive businesses we have had our own issues with components and supply-chain and coupled with COVID-19 this moment has been a long time in the making; however the best things come to those that wait and our first customers cannot wait to throw a leg over these bikes and reap the rewards of the hundreds of man hours that have gone in to each machine - they are now ready to be enjoyed.”
