Meet Nigeria's FBI, the female bikers fighting for health awareness

THIS IS Nigeria's FBI, but not as you know it.

Meet the Female Bikers Iniative, a group of motorbike-riding Nigerian women tackling health awareness in the West African country.

They're using their feminity, and the attention they attract on two wheels, to spread the message about breast and cervical cancer. Via sponsors and fundraisers they even raised enough money for more than 500 women to be tested for the cancers.

FBI member Ogboru Akpevwe Attracta comments: "We want to change peoples' minds, because some people think that all female bikers are crazy.

"But they don't just party. They don't just ride bikes. They're thinking and working together, finding ways to move society forwards."

Filmed by Ema Edosio, the video was produced for BBC Pidgin.
