VALENTINO ROSSI has joined former Grand Prix legends Giacomo Agostini and Kevin Schwantz, along with the lucky winners of a Dainese competition on a trip on some of Italy's finest roads.
The nine-time world champion took to the public roads riding Yamaha's all-new XT1200Z Super Tenere.
The lucky group of winners set out on Monday 13 September from Dainese's headquarters in Vicenza, where Dainese technicians spoke to the group about protection and gave some advice about choosing suitable equipment to offer maximum safety while out on the road.
The group then headed off on the tour, passing through the Apennies, along the historic racing roads to the Mugello Basin.
