VIDEO: World's first Harley-Davidson backflip
Australian ace Kain Saul performs world's first Harley backflip
CHECK OUT this cool clip of Aussie dirt sensation Kain Saul performing the world's first 'successful' back flip on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Saul completed the feat riding a 257kg Harley XR1200, which reached over 40ft in the air at its highest point during the record attempt.
The Australian travelled from his home on the Gold Coast in Queensland, to Tooradin, near Melbourne, to spend an afternoon jumping into a purpose built foam pit. The plucky 24-year-old pulled off the stunt the following day.
Some controversy surrounds the record: American extreme rider Chuck Carothers attempted the same stunt over the weekend; however, the American fell on his arse on landing. See his attempt here.
