Watch: Carl Fogarty gets all out of shape at Dirt Quake

HERE'S Foggy going sideways possibly a little too much at yesterday's Dirt Quake. 

The four-time World Superbike champion suffered multiple injuries including a punctured lung and broken ribs in a crash at the dirt track races. 

He later appeared to be in good spirits despite the seriousness of his injuries, replying to a tweet wishing him well with: 'Thanks guys... Oh the rib count is now up too 10 broke.!!'

Earlier, when a Twitter user posted the video of him 'getting out of shape today,' he replied: 'Haha. I was totally in control.??!!!'
