MotoGP to stay on TNT Sports despite HBO Max streaming change
HBO Max has officially become the new streaming home for TNT Sports, and by default, the coverage of MotoGP in the UK.

Coverage of MotoGP in the UK and Ireland will continue to be broadcast by TNT Sports, albeit through global streaming service HBO Max, following a change of streaming ownership.
TNT Sports’ coverage of MotoGP, and many other sports such as the Premier League and UEFA Champions League, was previously streamed through discovery+.
However, with HBO Max now launching in the UK, the full array of sports it covered before, including MotoGP, will move across.
What all this means is that existing customers simply need to download the HBO Max app, or go to the official HBO Max website and sign in using their existing discovery+ log-in details, to continue streaming MotoGP through TNT Sports.
That will also give existing customers access to World Superbike and British Superbike, since both series are also broadcast by TNT Sports in 2026.

The service offers subscribers a standalone TNT Sports plan or the ability to purchase it alongside different HBO Max plans.
In November 2024, TNT Sports secured a new multi-year agreement with Dorna Sports, which now operates under the name MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group.
The 2026 MotoGP season kicked off on 1 March, with the Thai Grand Prix in Buriram. Races in Brazil and the United States have since followed, with Aprilia’s Marco Bezzecchi running out victorious in all three.
With the Qatar MotoGP cancelled due to the ongoing war in the Middle East, next up on the calendar is a return to Europe with the Grand Prix of Jerez, which is a fan-favourite of both the riders and fans.
The Jerez GP will take place on April 26, before riders and teams head over to Le Mans for the French Grand Prix on May 10. The Qatar Grand Prix weekend has been rescheduled for November 6–8.
