First Look: Kymco Pulsar Base 125

KYMCO UK has introduced the new Pulsar ‘Base’ 125 motorcycle into their range of low-cost motorcycles for 2010.

With a suggested retail price of £1399, the Pulsar is powered by a 4-stroke, 2 Valve, OHC, air-cooled engine and can achieve a top speed of around 65mph.

A 16-litre fuel tank, combined with dry weight of just 117kg for easy manoeuvrability and a relatively low seating position, should make the Pulsar a hit with, er, shortarses.

Standard features include: gear selection indicator, rev counter, lockable fuel cap, side and centre stand, electric and kick start, odometer, tool kit and 5-spoke alloy wheels.  Plus, the machine comes with KYMCO’s 2-year unlimited mileage warranty and the support of KYMCO’s UK-wide dealer network.

KYMCO’s Pulsar ‘Base’ 125 is available now in Ocean Blue.

A new 125 for less than £1400. Must be worth a look, at least.
