HERE’S the latest addition to Harley-Davidson’s Milwaukee-Eight-powered tourer range, a new version of the Road King given a ‘bolder, darker edge’.

Revealed today, it comes with special features including ‘mini-ape’ handlebars and stretched saddlebags, plus new forks and shocks for ‘improved handling control and ride comfort’.

It’s the first model to feature the firm’s Milwaukee-Eight engine with an all-black finish.

It comes in four colours described as ‘Vivid Black, Charcoal Denim, Hot Rod Red Flake Hard Candy Custom or Olive Gold’.

The price is from £19,995 in black, with extra charged for other colour options.

Brad Richards, Harley’s Vice-President of Styling and Design, said: “By exchanging chrome surfaces for black and lowering the bike’s profile, we’ve moved the traditional Road King into a new space that’s very current in the custom bagger scene.”
