New: Peugeot Django retro scooters, available this summer
Will it tempt you away from the Vespa?
PEUGEOT will be releasing its Django retro scooter range to the UK this summer.
Powered by an air-cooled 125cc 4-stroke engine, the Django is inspired by Peugeot’s S55 scooter of 1953.
All Django models will have Synchro Braking Control (SBC), which distributes braking effort between the front and rear disc brakes.
LED lighting is used for the indicators and rear light, as well as running lights in the front grille.
The Django is available in four different models: Heritage, Sport, Evasion and Allure.
The Heritage will come with white wheels, round chrome mirrors and be available in four pastel shades – black, white, green and blue.
The Sport will have grey wheel rims, race numbers, a removable passenger seat shell and chrome hand-grips. Available in ‘Silver Satin’ and ‘French Blue’.
The Evasion comes with white wheel rims and white-wall tyres. Painted rear-view mirrors have a chrome surround, both the fly screen and chrome front luggage rack are standard equipment. Available in two-tone ‘Pistachio’, ‘Dragon Red’, ‘Rocky Blue’ or ‘Vitamin Orange’
