AN UPDATED version of the KTM 390 Duke has been spotted in the Bajaj factory in India.

The bike, believed to be scheduled to begin production in October this year, features a restyled front end courtesy of a new, more aggressively styled split headlight that slants forward, resembling the headlight on the 1290 Super Duke R.

There are some bodywork changes at the front too, with the upper fairing sections being extended forward, coming to a point level with the fork legs.

The bike in the picture also has adjustable brake and clutch levers, which feature on the updated RC 390, which KTM announced in April. Updates to the RC 390 also include a new side exit exhaust design, ride-by-wire throttle, the addition of a slipper clutch and a larger front brake disc – all of which are likely to be found on the next iteration of the 390 Duke.
