The Stunning little machine is the brainchild of ex-CCM design engineer Christofer Ratcliffe, his firm Langen, and Italian motorcycle maker Vins. The bike uses a beautiful hand-built tubular steel frame, with a screaming 250cc twin-cylinder two-stroke engine at its heart.
With a wet weight claimed to be just 114kg, the 75bhp fuel-injected smoker can boast a power to weight ratio of more than 600bhp per ton, which’s around the same as the McLaren P1 £1,000,000 supercar!
The lightweight of the bike comes thanks to extensive use of carbon fibre, CNC aluminium, and a focus on minimalist design. It is fitted with top-spec K-Tech rear suspension, Öhlins forks, and gorgeous Hel radially mounted brakes
As you’d expect for such a jewel-like machine created with such top-spec kit, numbers are limited to just 100 examples, although for such exclusivity and styling, the price is surprisingly easy to swallow. The Langen is priced at £28,000, a pretty penny for a bike you’ll admittedly not ride extensively, although not bad value for a limited numbers machine with such phenomenal handling potential.

The bike first got a public airing at the Salon Privé Concours event at Blenheim Palace, had it not been for COVID-19, we’d probably already have seen it in the flesh!
