New Premium Weise IPX6-Rated Waterproof Backpack Available
Clothing brand Weise has extended its premium wet-weather rucksack range with the new IPX6
British motorcycle clothing company Weise has increased its premium Tempest rainwear collection with the new IPX6-rated 25-litre waterproof backpack.
Designed to keep all your contents dry in even the harshest weather conditions, something that will never go out of fashion for us UK riders, the new premium backpack is also intended to be used off the bike.
The bag’s main body is built from the same military-grade Ripstop PVC tarpaulin material found in high-end dry bags, while also featuring welded seams to stop water ruining your possessions.
Weise’s new rucksack has an IPX6 waterproof rating which allows it to resist the heaviest rain coming from all angles and is suitable for use in all types of wet weather conditions.
A buckle clip strapping system sits at the top of the bag to allow for full closure. The bag also has a neat interior section for both wet and dry separation as the layer keeps damp gear isolated.
An internal zipped compartment provides part of the 25L storage for essential items, and is complemented by a front pocket with waterproof zip accessibility. While this backpack is intended for motorcycle riders, it can also be used for hiking as it features dual elasticated drink bottle pockets and a heavy-duty wear-resistant base.
A detachable MOLLE fixing system with a waterproof map pocket is standard, while the survival whistle buckle can be used to call for help in an emergency.
As well as the new waterproof backpack which costs £79, the company has a range of clothing options ranging from gloves, leather jackets and trousers, textile clothing and waterproof riding oversuits.
You can find the new backpack and all the brand’s clothing and accessories on the official website.
