IT seems like only yesterday that a shiny new Ducati Streetfighter V4 was getting delivered to my home. COVID-19 was a strange ‘worry’ that hadn’t really reached the UK yet and most things in the world – mine at least – were good.

In what seems like the blink of an eye now it’s September, the leaves are turning red and brown and the air has a definite chill to it. To help warm your cockles, Ducati has launched a raft of aesthetic and performance parts to help spruce up your machine.

To help fast-forward the development of some of the parts, Ducati has no doubt leaned on some of the development of the closely related Panigale V4 models, as used in race series across the world. The two models are so closely related that it should be an easy task to homologate them from model to model.

Highlight items from the list include a full Akrapovič titanium exhaust system, carbon fibre bi-plane wings, magnesium rims, a full dry clutch kit and carbon cover, carbon heel guards, carbon tank cover, passenger seat cowl, adjustable footrests and a few other styling add-ons.

For those looking to do more than just improve the look of their bike, the Akrapovič exhaust, magnesium rims, and dry clutch kit are really the must-have items. They are though going to end up being the most expensive though, with the three taking a stock V4 from £17,995 to £29,354.27!

That is certainly one spicy, and expensive, piece of Bologna badassery!
