ON the 1st of March, a new motorcycle will be released into the Lego Technic range. Batman fans will be more interested in this new release from Lego since it is the newest Batcycle to be released into the Batman universe.

The Batcycle is featured briefly at the end of Robert Pattison’s 2022 The Batman film. However, hopefully, the Lego Technic Batcycle will be more stable than the one in the film, which was crashed during filming by The Batman's stunt double in Glasgow.

The new Batcycle will have 641 pieces and is targeted at an audience of nine years old or older. With the Batcycle being a Lego Technic set it will feature moving parts. There will be movable steering, suspension, an articulating H4 engine and a chain drive that connects the engine to the rear wheel. There is also a moveable kickstand that will allow the Batcycle to be displayed easily in a collection.

The Batcycle when it is released will cost £49.99. The Batcycle will be 6.5 inches (16cm) tall, 13 inches (33cm) long and 4.5 inches (11cm) wide. Which is not a large item from Lego. This will make display purposes easy due to its small size, but it may mean that assembly could be slightly more difficult since some of the 641 pieces may be small.

The Batcycle will join three other Lego Technic motorbike builds. The other motorbike builds that are already available on Lego Technic are the BMW M 1000 RR and the Ducati Panigale V4 R.

With the Batcycle joining the Lego Technic collection could Lego and movie fans also see some more iconic bikes entering the world of Lego. Other iconic motorbikes that would be nice to see in Lego forms would be the Kawasaki GPZ900R from Top Gun or the Harley-Davidson Fat Boy from Terminator 2.
