YAMAHA Motor USA has released a video highlights reel paying tribute to Colin Edwards’ racing career.
The video shows the longtime Yamaha rider’s best achievements, including the win of his first international race at the 1996 Suzuka 8 hours Endurance Race, battling it out in the AMA Pro Racing series and winning the 2002 World Superbike Championship.
The tribute was shown to fans at the Indianapolis GP, the last Stateside MotoGP race of Colin’s career.
Edwards will finish the 2015 season with NGM Mobile Forward Racing Team but reports suggest that the ‘Texas Tornado’ will only race a few select rounds for the rest of the season.
