Stunning Indian Challenger RR Race Bike Could Be Yours (If You Have £75k)
One of 29 ever produced, this beautiful Indian Challenger RR race bike will soon be available to win
If you’re a fan of all things involving speed but with a twist, look no further than this Indian Challenger RR race bike set to go under the hammer on 25 August at Silverstone, thanks to Iconicaustioneers. Coming in at a whopping 1,843cc, this beautiful machine is one of just 29 ever made and is a bike that’s no stranger to racing around all types of circuits.
What was initially a concept to drive more interest to touring motorcycles has since become a fan-favourite series in America thanks to the MotoAmerica championship. A collector’s item, but far from just that, this ‘King of the Baggers’ race bike is something a little bit spicy to say the least.
Harley-Davidson’s and Indian motorcycles provide the make-up to this brilliant racing category - if you haven’t watched a race before we highly recommend you do so - and what the bikes have been turned into will blow your mind. This Challenger RR, which is #16 out of 29, is the only available one in the UK and will soon be available to win.
Now onto this beast of a bike itself, I promise you won’t be let down! The unique touring fairing and side panniers at the rear of the bike are, believe it or not, part of the racing structure of these machines. You probably don’t need me to tell you, you’re not expected to drag your elbow on one of these, that’s unless you’re skillful enough to do so.
The bike also comes with some spanky Ohlins FGR250 forks, an Ohlins TTX rear shock, S&S modified swingarm (known as Proven Performance - tuning company), S&S Big bore engine kit, S&S CNC machined heads, S&S camshafts and billet rocker arms, fully adjustable ECU, Brembo M4 front brake callipers with EBC discs and S&S intake kit with 78mm throttle body.
These Indian Challenger RR bikes have been put to the test in the hands of Tyler O’Hara and GP legend Jeremy McWilliams, clocking speeds of over 180mph at Daytona, phew! Coated in a lovely black, gold and burgundy colourway, this is not a bike you want to miss out on. The guide price is set between £75,000 and £80,000.
