The Suzuki GSX-R1000 Isle of Man TT edition was presented in 2007 to celebrate 100 years of racing at the famous course, and this particular model is number 36 of 150 ever produced.

Yes, it's the Bike Specialists in Sheffield that have delivered again by presenting this stunning bike which has amassed 6,436 miles although only 24 of those have been clocked since September 2023 and the bike has been very well maintained in that time.

The bike will come with two keys, a pillion seat and the all-important certificate of authenticity. There is also a large amount of paperwork including MOT certificates and service receipts that will be provided. This GSX-R1000 model will receive a service and fresh MOT prior to sale.

Featuring a liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 999cc, it produced 185bhp at 12000rpm and 86.3Ib ft of torque at 10000rpm. The suspension includes an inverted telescopic front fork with adjustable spring preload and 125mm of travel on the front wheel. The rear comprises 130mm travel and adjustable spring preload once again.

Braking includes two 310mm discs with a four-piston calliper, while the rear features a single 220mm disc. The bike is stock, however, that doesn’t mean it loses appeal as it comes with a Yoshimura GP Evo II exhaust system which costs £1,400 on its own.

Clearly paying homage to 100 years of racing at the Isle of Man TT, there are graphics on the lower part of the tank and the rear seat cover. It also features a tinted screen and comes in a Marble Erakis Red and Metallic Mistic Silver colourway.

The GSX-R1000 was not the only Isle of Man TT bike specially made by Suzuki as its 750 and 600 models were also produced in limited numbers.
