FCR Goes Full Cafe Racer on a Triumph Trident 660
The custom bike builder FCR has been waving its magic wand again, this time creating cafe racer-spec Triumph Trident 660s.

The Triumph Trident 660 is a handsome little roadster in its own right, although for some, its retro style just doesn’t go quite far enough. Enter FCR, the French custom bike builder, which has gone full cafe racer on the little triple.

Starting with the bodywork of the bike, FCR has created a plug-and-play bodykit for the Trident, comprising a headlight cowl, seat unit, undertray, tail tidy, seat foam, and radiator side panels. Available to buy separately as a kit, you could opt to buy them plain and paint them up in whatever colour scheme takes your fancy - personally, we’re quite fond of the Slippery Sam-inspired bike you can see at the top.

The bike's ergonomics are enhanced by some neat-looking clip-ons, complemented by a Brembo master cylinder and SW Motech foot pegs. To tidy up the engine of the bike, the headers and exhaust get the ceramic treatment, while a K&N air filter is added to help the little 660 breathe a little more easily.

The exterior of the bike features custom rear lights and indicators, while at the front, it gains a set of Bates indicators that mount to the custom-made radiator shrouds. The bike shown in the picture also wears a set of Rotobox Boost carbon fibre wheels, although most of the other examples on the FCR website are rolling on standard three-spoke items, so we are guessing this was specified directly by the customer.

For those looking to do the hard work themselves, the kit can be sourced directly from the FCR website and costs around €2,500 for an unpainted kit or €3,000 for a painted one.
