GasGas EC300 GP Celebrates 30 Years of Enduro
GasGas has introduced a new EC300 GP Enduro bike to celebrate all of its world champions
When it comes to enduro racing very few have had more success in recent years than GasGas, and the Spanish company is paying homage to that by creating a new bike.
The new EC300 GP for 2025 is a very special bike indeed, as it’s the first-ever special edition enduro bike from GasGas.
The graphics on this bike were inspired by its 1994 world title-winning enduro bike that was ridden by Paul Edmondson. Still painted with a lot of its traditional red, the same colour used on its MotoGP bikes, the bike pays homage to every champion the brand has had.
As you watch the video and see the process used to build the bike, the end result is pretty stunning as a lovely red, yellow and dark blue colourway is portrayed.
But the fancy graphics are not the only special features about this bike as GasGas introduces the 300 GP’s goodie list by throwing in a raft of race-ready parts. The bike gets blacked-out Neken bars with matching black handguards.
On the front of the bike, there is a red front axle puller that makes wheel swaps extremely efficient. The brakes have been given an upgrade as well, with new rotors installed on the front and rear. Braketec hardware is on both the front and back of the bike, which GasGas claims is the best in the world for enduro riding.
For all its special bits, the EC300 GP remains a motorcycle with a lot of shared DNA from the EC300. The standard EC300 is one of the go-to bikes to be on in enduro racing so it was only right that it was chosen as the base of this special edition champions bike.
GasGas’s new machine has a two-stroke engine with an adjustable map that allows you to make changes in order to get the best performance from it.
