After five years of operation at the famous Welsh venue, the Sweet Lamb Adventure Centre will no longer be called an official KTM partner, from 2025 and beyond.

Sweet Lamb is an iconic venue, hosting adventure bike riding experiences, test days for rally teams (on two and four wheels) and has even hosted the RAC Rally. It was also the venue KTM chose to launch its 2021 890 Adventure and 890 Adventure R, the review of which you can find here. It’s also been KTM’s go-to venue to allow punters to test its off-road and adventure bikes for the last five years, although it seems among the ongoing KTM financial troubles, that time is coming to an end.

Instead of running experience and training days at the Welsh venue, KTM will now focus on bolstering its test ride offering by providing riding experiences at a selection of shows and events throughout 2025.

Speaking about the closure of the official KTM centre at the site, Matt Walker, Managing Director of KTM UK, said:

"After a fantastic five years of working with Mark Molineux and the team, it's time for KTM UK to bid farewell to Sweet Lamb KTM Adventure Bike Experience. Over the years, the team have been a real asset to KTM UK through their dedication to providing exceptional riding experiences and expert tuition to existing and future KTM customers, and it has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with and ridden alongside such a talented and passionate team. I would like to thank Mark and the Sweet Lamb KTM Adventure Bike Experience team, and wish them all the best for the future."

It’s worth noting that this does not affect the Ducati DRE centre which is also based at Sweet Lamb, and courses on the Italian brand’s machines can still be booked as normal via the DRE website.
