Design images of Chinese retro café racer that could be headed for Europe

CHINESE bikes are fast becoming less of a joke these days and this new design from Longjia looks remarkably attractive.

The images come from a European patent filed by the firm, which currently concentrates on scooters and those three-wheeled trucks that are so popular in developing countries. Of course, there are no technical specifications with the images, but it appears to have an air-cooled V-twin, probably around 250cc, in a simple frame wrapped in well-proportioned miniature café racer styling.

If the production version manages to match these renderings it looks like it might be a reasonably attractive proposition. The fact its design is being patented in Europe suggests there may be plans afoot to offer the bike over here, too.
