54 years 9 monthsTriumph and Arai have partnered on four new helmet designs which will reach UK dealerships in the summer of 2025. This is not the first time Triumph and Arai have been joined at the hip, but it might be the most impressive to date.
Leading off the collaboration is the Triumph Concept-XE helmet design which is aimed at Triumph riders who adore all things ‘modern classic’. Featuring a retro style, the helmet is mostly black with the Triumph logo in white across the side of the lid. The stylish Concept-XE also features a multi-coloured stripe down the front.
It features a lightweight PB e-cLc shell, with a smooth and round shape, reinforced with Arai’s proprietary peripheral belt. The VAS-VC shield system allows for a lower visor pivot point to maximise a smooth upper shell. Available in sizes XS to XL.
Then there is the Triumph Quantic design which comes in both a black and stlystic black/white option. For those of you who love all things roadster such as the Street and Speed Triple models, this helmet has been created with you in mind.
For easy access on and off the Quantic features a 5mm flare around the base, while the VAS MAX vision visor comes with a Pinlock insert ready to use. The brushed nylon interior is removable and features Arai’s Facial Contour System (FCS) and a neck roll wire pocket. It also features an Emergency Release System (ERS). The helmet is available in sizes XS to XL.
The MX-V Evo is the most quirky of the four helmets in this partnership and is certainly a bold look, to say the least.
Featuring a yellow, black and white colourway, the MX-V is a motocross and off-road helmet. In order to maximise ventilation, the MX-V’s front and rear vents work together to bring air through the helmet, the peak channels airflow in with a design that also reduces lifting. The interior is fully removable and adjustable. This helmet is also available in sizes XS to XL.
Finally, there is the Tour-X5 which, you guessed it, is for the adventure touring riders out there. Built to succeed on all types of roads, the Triumph Tour-X5 features a new VAS-A visor system which is designed to maximise Glancing-Off Performance. Triumph claims “it provides more surface area to glance off impact energy whilst offering easy installation and removal of the visor and peak.”
The ventilation system features Arai’s latest 3D logo duct, tying it in together with an AR Spoiler and the Delta Duct 6 which is a completely new chin vent. The inner vent gate can flow air to the mouth or visor for increased defogging.
All four helmets will land in UK dealerships next summer.
