Motorcyclist loses rear wheel traction while racing

WELL, who better to explain the crash than the rider, who, in his own words stated: "second practice session of the day, track temp was very cool (~50°F). On my out lap, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost traction in my rear wheel at turn 9a, lowsiding at 84mph just before turn 9b. Slid about 20-30ft on the pavement until the dirt began. The bike disappeared in a cloud of dust and flipped at least once, breaking lots of stuff..."
