TT fans stop traffic to help ducklings cross Quarry Bends

A GROUP of TT fans showed their soft side this Bank Holiday weekend, after pausing their ride to help a family of ducklings cross the road.

Ah! These bikers are big softies really. pic.twitter.com/5nVyHOro6z

The bikers were riding the famous Snaefell Mountain Course ahead of the event, when they came across the mother duck and her ducklings.

Instead of just avoiding them and continuing their ride, the group stopped traffic to allow the birds to cross safely, even helping some of the little ones hop up the kerb.

Paul Castle, who filmed the biker's kind actions at Quarry Bends, told the BBC: "It's now known as 'Quacker' Bends."
