Hop Aboard a Ducati Panigale V2 S with Marc Marquez and Insta360

Marc Marquez has joined Insta360 as one of the brand’s official ambassadors for 2025, which means we are getting an immersive look at the six-time MotoGP champion’s training regime.

For 2025, Marquez, and teammate Francesco Bagnaia, are both utilising Panigale power for their training away from the world championship. But instead of opting got the more powerful V4 Panigale, they’ll both be riding the same bike we tested for our 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 S review, the new 890cc, 118bhp superport machine.

In just his first training session on the new V2, Marquez managed to post some scintillating lap times on the all-new bike, and despite it being down on power compared to the out-going Panigale V2, he even managed to match the unofficial lap record at the technical Aspar Circuit in Spain. It was reported from the pre-season training session that Marquez lapped the track at 1m12.2s on the 2025 Panigale V2, a time he was said to have matched on the more powerful 2024 version of the bike in race-spec!

Now though, we can get a better perspective than ever into how the Spanish star achieved the jaw-dropping pace, as thanks to the partnership with Insta360, we can get a fully immersive and silky smooth view of the number 93 while he set the lap record pace.
