Built for ‘all terrain’ say Morbidelli, the new T1002VX is the Italian brand’s second-generation adventure motorcycle, following in the footsteps of the T1000V.

Morbidelli currently has four motorcycles within its three different ranges including the new T1002VX and T1000V. The M502N sits within its naked range and the C1002V completes the company’s one-bike cruiser range.

Fairly unknown to the British market, the C1002V cruiser can be found in the form of two used bikes at Appleyard Motorcycles.

Back to the new T1002VX, it is equipped with an 80-degree, 997cc V-Twin engine that produces 88.5bhp and 65.6Ib ft of torque.

The T1002VX is also equipped with KYB suspension that is fully adjustable both at the front and rear. The 43mm upside-down fork with 183.8mm of travel at the front and the multi-link rear suspension have been implemented to create precise impact absorption, maintaining stability in the most difficult conditions.

Rounding off the chassis, the T1002VX is fitted with dual 320mm floating front discs and a 260mm rear disc, both of which are supplied by J.Juan.

In addition, the Bosch ABS Pro system has been added for improved braking on corner entry, while it enhances safety during emergency stops and on complex terrains.

There are four rider modes available and they include ‘Standard, Sport, Rain and Off-road. Morbidelli’s very own connect system allows riders to stay connected to their motorcycle through an advanced mobile app. With built-in 4G connectivity, users can access a wide range of real-time information, including the exact location of the bike, performance stats, trip history, and security alerts.
