A custom-built Triumph T120, which was originally designed for British fitness coach and media personality Joe Wicks, has been given a makeover by the Thornton Hundred team,  and the result can only be described as a masterpiece.

Behind the build are two brothers, Jody and Evan, both of whom are no strangers to restoration projects although the pair of engineers are best known for crafting custom Bobbers.

However, this Triumph T120, which they built years ago for Wicks, has been redesigned by the pair and you can see just how they did it in the video below.

The Triumph T120 was the first of its kind in the Bonneville series and features a liquid-cooled 270-degree parallel-twin engine that produces 79bhp at 6,550rpm and 77Ib ft of torque at 3,500rpm.

One of the British company’s most popular bikes, the Triumph T120 features four colourways including the Elvis Prestley model and a limited edition DGR (Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride) option, however, this unique build by Thornton Hundred Motorcycles gives even Triumph’s most aesthetically pleasing T120 motorcycles a run for its money.

Stripping the bike is the first job the pair has before designing the new seat. From there several new parts are introduced including brand-new K-Tech shock absorbers. Keeping the blacked-out Brembo brake callipers it had before, the brothers set about reconstructing the bike before applying the new seat and the new Tiffany Blue paint.

The bike also gets bar-end mirrors that give it a lovely look on top of its impressive styling. Once the seat and tank cover have been fitted, the wheels are added as the finishing touch before the bike gets unveiled.
