Two new Benellis unveiled

Adventure-styled 600 and naked 300 will debut in Milan next week. At least we think that’s what the Chinglish press release says

Two new Benellis unveiled

BENELLI will unveil two new models at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan next week, a 300cc parallel-twin and a 600cc inline four.

The BN 600GT has adventure styling and shares the 82hp engine of the naked Benelli BN600, as well as the QJ600 from the firm’s Chinese owners Qianjiang.

The 300cc twin, called the BN302, makes 37hp, and our guess is the designers have definitely seen a Kawasaki ER-6N.

Pictures of the bikes were released today. Judging by the press release, there’s a situation vacant for a translator.

Here’s a snippet: ‘Trust and invest in the future, in the no limit desire for motorcycles, in the passion of each rider. Benelli Q.J. looks ahead and arrives at the 71° edition of Eicma in Milan sure of its talent and its potential, looking towards the entire world but with its roots firmly in Pesaro, headquarters of Company of Leoncino.

‘In about one year, in fact, Benelli Q.J. presents a new motorcycles range, with a strong and attractive personality, to allow everyone to realize their dreams and express their emotions riding a two wheels, and arrives in Eicma with two exciting news that are part of the BN family.’

Okay. You go, Benelli.
