A mainstay in the Honda range for some years now, the Forza name is fast becoming Honda’s ‘brand within a brand’, signifying Honda’s premium premium twist-and-go models.

Keen to keep the bikes near the top of the charts in 2025, Honda has updated each of its UK and EU Forza models for the coming model year, with the 2025 Forza 750 changes getting revealed already. For the range-topping maxi-scoot, the big news was more tech and a new look. That’s a theme that is being passed down from the 750 to the other two smaller bikes in the range, as both try to remain the best scooters for urban and suburban riders.

2025 Honda Forza 125 changes

Starting with the Forza 125, the baby Forza is aesthetically very much the same as the outgoing model, although the 2025 bike can now be ordered in some eye-catching new colours. New Mat Pearl Pacific Blue and Mat Pearl Cool White options will be joining the existing Mat Cynos Gray Metallic and Pearl Falcon Gray bikes. The 125 will also be available in a special edition Mat Cynos Gray Metallic bike that is highlighted by bronze wheels & exclusive graphics.

On the technology front, both the 125 and 350 versions of the Forza now gain a new five-inch full-colour TFT dash. It’s an optically bonded item, something that Honda claims will improve visibility in all light conditions. The addition of the TFT on the two bikes allows for IOS and Android smartphone connectivity via the Honda RoadSync. This means the Forza 125 will arrive in 2025 with the potential to have on-screen turn-by-turn navigation, as well as the option of calls and music if a Bluetooth headset is also used.

The 14.3bhp bike’s engine is much the same as before, with revised ECU settings (partly to help the bike gain Euro5+ certification), a new muffler and the addition of an SO2 (Sodium Dioxide) sensor being the only notable changes. It does still gain the Honda Smart Key system, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC - traction control to you and me) start/stop technology and a claimed 310 miles to a fuel tank.

The changes to the Forza 350’s changes, like those of the 125 are fairly low-level, with a new Carnelian Red Metallic being the first point of note. It joins the existing Pearl Falcon Gray, Pearl Nightstar Black, Mat Pearl Cool White choices. Another option for the 2025 model year is the inclusion of a special edition Mat Cynos Gray Metallic bike that is highlighted with Red graphics and stitching on the seat.

Like the 125, the Forza 350’s 28bhp engine has received a slight update that seems more to do with Euro5+ than performance, and revised ECU settings are joined by a reworked muffler and the inclusion of an SO2 sensor to monitor noxious gases. As before, Honda Smart Key, HSTC, and start/stop tech are included, as well as a claimed 211-mile tank range.
