Bimota to Showcase New Superbike at London Motorcycle Show
The new Bimota KB998 Rimini will be on show at the upcoming London Motorcycle Show.
Kawasaki has announced its attendance at this year’s London Motorcycle Show, bringing with it the new Bimota KB998 Rimini.
The KB998 – which shares an engine with the Kawasaki ZX-10RR but uses Bimota-built chassis and bodywork – will be on display in a dedicated Bimota section of the Kawasaki stand at the upcoming London Motorcycle Show.
The new superbike, aimed specifically at being competitive in WorldSBK, will be on display alongside the Bimota KB4 and the supercharged Tera from the Italian brand.
Kawasaki themselves will have its three new-for-2025 models at the ExCel: the Versys 1100, Ninja 1100SX SE and Z900; as well as the Ninja H2R, and a number of Kawasaki’s small- and mid-capacity machines such as the Z125, Eliminator 500, and the new Ninja 500. Plus, the Akashi brand’s unique range of hybrid motorcycles will be there, along with its two current electric motorcycles: the Z e-1 and Ninja e-1.
Additionally, the ZX-10RR of the AJN Steelstock Kawasaki team will be on display, as well as a British Superteen-spec ZX-4RR; and more race-based entertainment will come from the ‘Live Action with Bridgestone’ arena, in which “a host of British Superbike and Isle of Man TT stars past and present [will go] head to head on the Kawasaki KLX140”.
Ross Burridge, Head of Marketing & Racing Department at Kawasaki Motors UK, said: “We are excited to showcase our range of 2025 models at the ExCeL Centre in London again this year and are looking forward to speaking to customers about the latest lineup of both Kawasaki and Bimota models.
“With plenty happening on our stand and around the show, it will make for a great day out to talk all things biking.
“The winter will soon be over, and now is as good a time as any to work out which new model you will be purchasing ahead of the riding season.”
