Deal: Save £1,8k on New 2023 Honda XL750 Transalp
A new 2023 Honda XL750 Transalp costs less than £8k following a near-two thousand pound price drop
With Honda recently unveiling a new XL750 Transalp for 2025 at the EICMA show in Milan, price drops on previous models mean very affordable bikes can be had including this 2023 model which costs £7,949.
That means it's £1,800 cheaper than a brand new 2023 model at full price, and if you go to Wheels Motorcycles, you can find various other deals on Honda bikes that are similar, including a £1,800 off a CMX1100 Rebel.
We at Visordown tested the 2023 XL750 Transalp a while back, both on the road and off-road. Featuring a liquid-cooled 270-degree parallel twin engine, the XL750 Transalp produces 90bhp at 9500rpm and 55Ib ft of torque at 7250rpm.
In terms of suspension, the 2023 model is equipped with 43mm Showa SFF-CA USD forks with 200mm of travel at the front, and a Showa Pro-Link shock with 190mm of travel at the rear. “I’ve never ridden an adventure bike that tracks through a corner quite like this thing does” is what we said about the bike upon having tested it, and helping with its agility in the corners is its 21-inch front wheel and 18-inch wheel at the rear.
Nissin is the brake supplier aboard this XL750 Transalp, with dual 310mm discs with two-piston callipers at the front. On the rear is a single 256mm disc with a single-piston calliper.
The fuel tank capacity with this bike sits at 16.9 litres, while ground clearance is set at 210mm. The seat height is on the slightly taller side, coming in at 850mm. Quickshifters with the 2023 model are optional. The XL750 Transalp offered by Wheels Motorcycles features the same ‘Ross White’ colour scheme that we tested, which also includes red and blue accents across the fuel tank.
But for the same price of £7,999, the British dealer also has the XL750 Transalp in Mat Black and Mat Grey.
