Deal of the Week: £6,654 Off a New Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE

Among sports tourers there’s not much sportier than the supercharged Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE, and there’s now an opportunity to get one for a pretty agreeable price.

Taking the same basic engine as the Kawasaki Ninja H2 hypersports bike, the Ninja H2 SX is capable of producing 197bhp and 101lb ft, making this comfortably one of the highest performance sports tourers on the market.

Some might say that puts the Ninja H2 SX SE among the best sports tourers you can buy, but most budgets would be more inclined to something a little more affordable than the £25,649 demanded by Kawasaki for its supercharged globetrotter.

However, Wheels Motorcycles in Peterborough is currently offering the Ninja H2 SX SE with a substantial discount of £6,654. Right now, you can pick one up from Wheels for £18,995. It’s a 2023 model year bike that’s pre-registered, but completely unused. 

That’s still over £6,000 more than the £12,349 Ninja 1000 SX, and almost £3,500 more than the top end of the Versys range — the Versys 1000 SE comes in at £15,569 — but neither of those is supercharged. Similarly, neither are any of the other sports touring rivals from manufacturers outside of Kawasaki (with the arguable exception of the Bimota Tera), and nothing else comes with the bonkers looks of the H2, including a silencer that covers from view (when looking from the bike’s right, at least) half of the rear wheel. And who doesn’t want that?

The only issue with Wheels’ offer is that there is precisely one of the 2023 Ninja H2 SX SE’s at this reduced price. So you’ll need to be quick on the draw — supercharged, if you like.
