Going to Goodwood this weekend? Here's some of what you can expect

THIS THURSDAY sees the return of the annual smorgasboard of motoring marvelousness that is the Goodwood Festival of Speed and with only a couple of days until the event begins, we’ve now got a list of who’s riding what.

Some of the highlights include:

Bruce Anstey will be out on the 2017 Padgett’s Honda RC213V-S while Troy Corser will be out on the BMW S1000RR that Michael Dunlop rode to victory in the Superbikes race at the 2014 TT.

Maria Costello will be out in her LCR F2 sidecar outfit and both the Dunlop brothers will be riding various TT bikes, with each taking their dad’s Rotary Norton for a run up the hill at Goodwood.

Family connections continue with David Hailwood riding his dad’s TT-winning Ducati.

Sammy Miller will also be taking part by riding a BMW Rennsport & Brough Superior 'Pendine Racer', Jim Moodie will be out on his old CBR900RR, Paul Smart will be taking the Foggy Petronas FP1 up the hill and other riders in action over the weekend include Freddie Spencer, jenny Tinmouth and some bloke called Michael Neeves.
