VC London's latest Team Talk goes down a treat

LAST WEEK four talented women - each a leader in their respective discipline - sat down with the UK's leading female motorcycle gang, VC London, in front of a packed audience at Red Bull's Tooley street HQ.

The group comprised the UK’s only female pro class flat track rider Leah Tokelove; 2017 bouldering world champion Shauna Coxsey; President of the FIA Disability and Accessibility Commission and founder of Spinal Track Nathalie McGloin and YouTuber Becky Evans, aka Queen B.

They were there to discuss their pioneering careers, and what it means to be a woman in their respective industries in the latest of VC's Team Talk sessions. No topic was off-bounds and during their chat, the four took questions from the audience.

Following the talks, musician duo The Pearl Harts performed while attendees enjoyed pizza, cocktails and beer.

The Team Talks were set up by VC’s founders – Gemma, Namin and Mai – with the aim to inspire and influence women. Previous speakers include the first British woman to circumnavigate the world by motorcycle, Elspeth Beard; pro skater Josie Millard; Japanese bike builder Ayano Hirosaka and pro BMXer Brook Betancourt.
