WATCH: Exclusive Peter Hickman interview
Visordown talks to the TT and BSB ace about bikes, beer and Iron Maiden
THE THRONG OF PEOPLE at the entrance Hall 3 at the NEC looked like they’d have been more at home queuing at the NEC’s concert venue, the Genting Arena, than at Motorcycle Live. With more Iron Maiden hoodies and long-haired rockers than download festival – it was obvious it was going to be a busy night on the Shoei stand.
And the reason for this mass of Rock and roll fans? Peter Hickman and Iron Maiden frontman, Bruce Dickenson were in town, to hand out Shoei’s super-exclusive, limited edition Trooper Replica helmets.
While we were there covering the event, Peter was good enough to have a chat about how the partnership with the band came about, his thoughts on a successful Macau GP and his plans for next year’s TT races.
