Vanucci Produces New VAB-7 Sympatex Motorcycle Boots

Vanucci’s latest motorcycle boots, currently on offer at Louis Moto, are fully waterproof and feature a Michelin-designed sole, while the new VAB-7 Sympatex boots are also built out of full-grain cowhide leather.

Alongside the cowhide leather, the new VAB-7 boots are partly constructed from Cordura fabric, offering riders abrasion resistance. The hardened outer layer means the boots should provide long-lasting durability and protection from harsh riding conditions, of which there are plenty in the UK.

The Sympatex climate membrane not only means that the boots are fully waterproof, but that they’re also windproof. Like with all Vanucci products, safety has also been taken into account when designing these boots, which are equipped with reinforced IPA and IPS certified ankle, shin, and heel protection. That’s not all, as additional support comes in the form of a double zip and velcro closure system.

The boots come with a flex zone in the instep area, allowing for better movement and flexibility while riding. Additionally, the shock-absorbing sole that’s been developed by Michelin is said to provide added comfort during longer rides. Vanucci also says the inner lining will prevent moisture build up.

The Vanucci VAB-7 Sympatex motorcycle boots are available in adult sizes 4.5-14, and are priced at £293, however, the boots are currently reduced to £276. For riders looking for a shorter boot, the new Vanucci VAB-3 priced, which costs £234 is the alternative option and it offers the same features as the full-length VAB-7.

Further features on these boots include the gear shift pad that’s made of vulcanised rubber, textile-reinforced toenail protection, ergonomic footbed, heel reflector and a thermoplastic insole. To seal the boot riders have a hook-and-loop fastener that’s adjustable.
