Rekurv has confirmed the release of an all-new A-rated Motorcycle hoodie, which could be a very big hit with summer riders especially.
I’m sure we’ve all been there when riding in the summer wearing either leather or textile jackets, only to be profusely sweating in the stonking British heat, which doesn’t come around all that often.
But that trumps any ‘normal’ hoodie in terms of safety and could well be the difference between suffering an injury or not. The jumper is made from tear and abrasion-resistant material.

“Rekurv’s C-11.05 riding hoodie is constructed from tear and abrasion-resistant material, and is CE Level A rated. Protection is provided by Level 2 4Sevn03 armour located on the shoulders with height adjustable 4Sevn02 armour on the elbows, with the option for a 4SEVN BP1 back protector to be retrofitted.
“Style and rider comfort are paramount for Rekurv garments, with the C-11.05 hoodie finished in a classy black colourway, with a small Rekurv logo located centrally on the front with a larger logo positioned on the back. The polyester inner lining also provides consistent comfort and durability, with the C-11.05 complete with a drawstring hood as well as a useful large kangaroo pocket with zippers on both the left and right side for increased practicality.”
