As part of Ducati’s latest World Premier series which will have a further four instalments, ending on 5 December, a new Multistrada V4 and V4 S has arrived alongside an updated Pikes Peak model for 2025.

All three of these Multistradas share several similarities as you would expect, although it's the character of the bike which results in some of the biggest differences. The V4 is less sporty and instead takes better to touring and off-road riding, where the Pikes Peak is known for being one of the sportier members of the Multistrada family.

But like the Pikes Peak model, the V4 Granturismo engine makes a whopping 170bhp and is a 1,158cc machine. An adventure bike that is one of the best around, if not the best, the standard Multistrada V4 and V4 S are particularly aimed at those wanting to ride with pillion passengers, while off-roading really allows this bike to shine. For the new model, the V4 has an Enduro Riding mode with a dedicated Power Mode and a brand new Wet Riding Mode.

In terms of the chassis, the Multistrada V4 and V4 S have a lightweight aluminium monocoque frame, with a double-sided swingarm in shell-cast aluminium that has been repositioned one millimetre higher than before. This means an increased anti-squat effect of the suspension to make riding more precise and effective even at full load.

The new Multistrada V4 S shares many of the same features as the V4 with the exception being the V4 S’s semi-active Marzocchi suspension controlled by the Ducati Skyhook Suspension (DSS) Evolution system. The front system of the Multistrada V4 S features Brembo brakes on both the front and rear. Both bikes have four power modes and five riding modes which include sport, touring, urban, wet and enduro.

The Multistrada V4 2025 model will be available in dealerships from October 2024 in three colourways - Red, Thrilling Black and Arctic White.
