Guy Martin gets back to winning ways at the Tandragee 100

RACER and TV star Guy Martin took the top honours in the classic 1000cc race at the Tandragee 100 national road races.

Martin, who didn’t complete the TT in 2017 due to bike issues and hasn’t raced at Tandragee since the same year, beat stiff competition riding his BSA Rocket. He went on to set the fastest lap of the race too at a shade over 90mph.

Martin, who started seventh in the race, eventually won with a seven-second gap to his closest rival Richard Ford.

Adam McLean crashed during the last lap of the Supertwins race, suffering arm, shoulder, and pelvic injuries, ruling him out of the classic 1000cc contest.

Could we see Martin and his BSA Rocket taking on the Classic TT later this year?
