Isle of Man TT Not Listed in Red Arrows Display Schedule
Concerns over the Isle of Man TT not being on the Red Arrows aircraft display schedule have been addressed
The Red Arrows aircraft display has failed to include the Isle of Man TT on its 2025 schedule, leading to concerns that the most prestigious road race in the world will not stage the dynamic air show.
The Red Arrows show has become a tradition at the legendary event in recent years, with motorcycle fans witnessing spectacular moves above Douglas Bay.
However, concerns about its participation at the mountain road course have been addressed, to a degree.
According to the Isle of Man Today, the Isle of Man Government has confirmed that its Department for Enterprise has submitted an official application for the Red Arrows to appear at the 2025 TT.
A spokesperson from the Isle of Man Government also confirmed that talks have been held with the RAF.
Perhaps a saving grace for the Isle of Man TT event is that the Red Arrows’ list of commitments for 2025 is said to be incomplete, meaning further events will still be added.
It will be a relief for TT fans that visit the Isle of Man every year, as the air show is one of the biggest attractions outside of the hair-raising speeds that the riders manage to achieve throughout the two weeks of practice, qualifying and racing.
As part of the attempts to give fans the best experience of the Red Arrows show, the police at the TT often direct public members to the best viewing spots.
While not confirmed at this time, it looks as though the 2025 Isle of Man TT event still has a decent chance of being added to the Red Arrows display schedule.
The 2025 running of the Isle of Man TT will be a big one as Michael Dunlop looks to build on his tally of most wins around the 37.7mile course, as he’s just one win away from 30 victories.
