KTM Introduces New Premium Manufacturer’s Four-Year Warranty

KTM’s new four-year premium warranty has been in place since 3 February across all models with LC8 or LC8c engines that were produced since 2023, including its range-topping street bike, the 2025 KTM 1390 Super Duke R Evo.

The new free-of-charge four-year warranty offer is accessible on models that are purchased new from an authorised KTM dealer and it also includes the KTM 790 Duke and KTM 790 Adventure. Other models included are the 2024 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R and S, 2024 990 Duke and 2025 1390 Super Duke R.

All three Duke models listed feature the LC8c parallel-twin engine, while the four Super Duke models use the LC8 V-Twin power unit. Moving away from the two-cylinder bikes, all of KTM’s new single-cylinder street models will remain subject to a manufacturer warranty of two years.

The new four-year premium warranty initiative from KTM also extends itself to used motorcycles but for this to happen customers are required to have their bike serviced at an authorised KTM dealership as per the service information.

KTM’s latest warranty offer comes off the back of it recently revealing huge price drops on several 2025 and 2024 models, as well as reducing the price of its 990 Duke model by £2,000.

Included in the latest round of Power Deals from KTM are 14 street bikes including many of the motorcycles mentioned above, as well as its motocross and enduro line-ups.

Aside from price drops and the new premium warranty for its customers, this month is a very busy time for the Austrian company as a crucial vote on its restructuring plan, which will provide a lot of clarity on whether KTM has a future, will take place on 25 February.
