Michael Dunlop will continue to race at all the big road racing events in 2025, including the Isle of Man TT, but the most successful rider (29 wins) at the famous road race will also be riding in the Endurance World Championship, aboard a BMW.

Dunlop has joined Team LRP Poland for the 2025 FIM Endurance World Championship where he will line up alongside former Grand Prix racer Danny Webb and Enzo Boulom.

Dunlop, who added to his impressive Isle of Man TT win record again in 2024, will be hoping to become the first rider ever to clinch 30 wins at the event in 2025, while also participating at other famous races including the North West 200.

But with regards to the Endurance World Championship, it’s already been confirmed that Dunlop will be in action at the 24 Heures Motos at Le Mans in April. However, Dunlop will not take part in June’s Spa round due to his Isle of Man TT commitments.

2025 with the LRP Poland team, which is one of the better independent outfits on the grid, will not be Dunlop’s first venture in endurance racing, following his appearance at Le Mans in 2024 aboard a Honda in the Superstock class. Dunlop also rode a Honda during the 2013 EWC season.

Michael is not the only Dunlop to join the squad as team LRP Poland will also run Dunlop tyres this year. Discussing the switch to Dunlop tyres and the new line-up, team manager Bartomiej Lewandowski said: “We’re strengthening our collaboration with the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and welcoming Dunlop onboard as our tyre supplier.

“Their support means a lot to us, providing not only access to prototype tyres but also the expertise of their top technicians. At the same time, we’re excited to welcome our new, yet highly experienced, riders.

“Danny brings a wealth of experience from grand prix racing and the FIM EWC, while Michael is a true legend and an extraordinary athlete whose determination inspires everyone. I’m confident we will leverage our collective experience and have a highly successful season together.”
