Motorcycles Seized and Two Riders Arrested After M11 Disorder
Following reports of dangerous riding on the M11, the riders were intercepted at Birchanger Services near Stansted Airport

Four motorcycles have been seized and two people arrested after reported dangerous riding was reported on the M11 motorway near Stansted Airport.
The BBC website reports that Essex Police was notified about a dozen motorbikes riding in a dangerous manner on the southbound carriageway on Saturday afternoon. Essex Police has published pictures showing the seized bikes loaded onto a transporter. The photos show two Yamaha R1s, a BMW S1000 RR, and an Aprilia RSV4 as the vehicles involved.

Following reports by members of the public, police officers intercepted the group as they entered Birchanger Services, leading to two arrests. One man, a 35-year-old from Enfield, was questioned on suspicion of drug driving before being released under investigation. A second man was reported for a public order offence at the scene and subsequently de-arrested. Alongside the arrest and bikes being seized, Essex Police reports that several riders were reported for road traffic offences.
The police are now asking that any members of the public who were on the M11 at the time to assist with dashcam footage showing the group as they headed towards Birchanger Services.
