New Aprilia Tuono 457 Pre-Bookings Go Live with Help From Jorge Martin
Jorge Martin was on hand for the launch of Aprilia’s new Tuono 457 pre-bookings at the Milan Motoplex

Reigning MotoGP world champion Jorge Martin was present at the Milan Motoplex Centre as he surprised Aprilia customers by autographing the highly-anticipated Tuono 457 as pre-orders for the 2025 model begin.
Martin, who missed the MotoGP season-opener in Thailand last weekend as he continues to recover from his latest injury woes, greeted members of the public by introducing the new Tuono 457 which was first seen at last year’s EICMA trade show in Milan.
The Aprilia Tuono 457 has been designed for young riders who are looking to cut their teeth in the naked segment while keeping its modern appearance. Based on the RS 457 which hit the market earlier last year, the Aprilia Tuono 457 is here to fill in the gap between its Tuono 125 and 660 models.

The Tuono 457 shares the same performance as its fully-faired sibling, the RS457, thanks to its 457cc parallel-twin engine which produces 47.6bhp at 9400rpm and 32lb.ft of torque at 6700rpm. It is also fully compliant with Euro5+ emission regulations.
The new Tuono 457, thanks to its record-breaking power-to-weight ratio of 159kg dry weight to 47.6bhp, means it sits at the maximum power figures allowed for riders with only an A2 licence.
The suspension set-up features a preload-adjustable inverted 41mm fork with 120mm of travel. At the rear, the Tuono delivers 130mm of travel via a preload configurable monoshock, mounted to the asymmetrical steel swingarm.
The front brake comprises ByBre four-piston radial callipers and 320mm discs, while a 220mm disc and single-piston caliper works at the rear. The brake lever on the handlebar is also adjustable. The system is aided by a Bosch two-channel ABS with dual-mapping, available either on both wheels or only at the front. The 17-inch rims fit tyres measuring 110/70 at the front and 150/60 at the back.
For those of you wanting to pre-order the bike, you can do so by going to the official Aprilia website and following the pre-order booking page here.
