New: 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Bob Special Edition
New paint and seat for 'stripped-down custom' model
HARLEY-DAVIDSON has announced an updated Street Bob Special Edition for 2014.
The 'stripped-down custom' model gets a new two-tone paint job and 'two-up' seat.
It's got a 1690cc air-cooled V-twin engine making 95.9lbft of torque with no claimed power figure. It weighs 307kg fuelled.
Prices start from £11,795 plus on-the-road charges.
A release from Harley said: 'The new Street Bob® Special Edition, a custom model that retains the stripped-down essence of a Big Twin Street Bob, returns for 2014 with a raft of new eye-catching features.
'The Street Bob Special Edition takes rebellious Harley-Davidson customisation to the max and gets some special treatment with a powerful 1690cc engine, 5-spoke cast wheels, and a unique two-tone paint job with graphics. The added Badlander two-up saddle, forward controls and drag handlebars give this bobber an even meaner, leaner attitude for riders who appreciate the pure essence of motorcycling.
'The new model retains the chopped rear fender, Fat Bob fuel tank, and blacked-out powertrain.'
